Returns and Subscription Cancellation

Cifrare Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

Thanks for letting Cifrare keep your brain in motion! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Before initiating any return, or if you have any questions, we encourage you to contact customer service directly.

Items eligible for return includes Brain Puzzles purchased as ongoing subscriptions, and any merchandise sold by Cifrare.

Items not eligible for return include Cifrare Single Puzzle, any Gift Membership, any product received as a “trial” or promotional item.


For items eligible for return, you have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. The 15 day return window is from the date the USPS delivers your item to the date you ship it to Cifrare. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Returns should be mailed to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping, if any, will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds and Cancelations

To pause or cancel your subscription you follow the next steps:

  • Login in to your Cifrare account
  • Click on “Account”
  • Click on “Subscriptions” and the plan you would like to “Pause or Cancel”
  • Click on either “Pause Subscription” or “Cancel Subscription” (Subscription can be pause for a maximum of 3 months)

  • A pop-up window will appear asking if you are sure you would like to “Cancel” or “Pause” your plan. Click Ok.

  • If cancelation was successful a message will show up at the top of the screen confirming your “Cancelation” or “Membership Pause”.

If you have any item you would like to return, once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
